We’ll assess its visible condition and highlight any areas that need attention, such as damaged roofing, loose fixings or deteriorated flashings. If specialist repairs are required, these should be completed before we paint. Painting alone will not fix leaks or structural damage.

  • We use premium-quality roof paints and coatings available in New Zealand, selecting a system suited to your roof’s material, existing coating and exposure to Auckland’s weather. We’ll explain the recommended products and preparation as part of your quote.

  • The timeframe depends on your roof’s size, condition and access requirements, along with the cleaning, treatment and preparation needed. Weather and drying times also affect the schedule. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe with your quote and keep you informed if conditions change.

  • The lifespan depends on the roofing material, surface condition, preparation, coating system and ongoing exposure to the weather. Regular maintenance also plays a part. We’ll explain what you can reasonably expect from the recommended coating and how to care for it.

  • We assess access and fall-protection requirements before preparing your quote. Any scaffolding, edge protection or other equipment needed for our work will be clearly identified, with costs shown as included or quoted separately.
