"Carlos and Edison did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house. The team painted the interior 3 years ago and we didn’t hesitate contacting them for this project and again, they did an excellent job! 10 out of 10 for quality, customer service and reliability!"

"Carlos and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior (including the roof) and the interior of our home. We would fully recommend Smart Property and would use them again without hesitation. The whole team were thorough and showed great attention to detail. Carlos is a great communicator, and we always knew exactly what was happening each day. His team were also very respectful, working quietly and tidily and leaving everything very tidy at the end of each day - which made a big difference for me since I work from home. They were a pleasure to have working at our home."

"Carlos and his team did a really thorough job in preparing the exterior of the house for painting. They unearthed various issues along the way and sought solutions to each one. The team were hard working and focused on doing a good job and we are really pleased with the finished product. Carlos was great with communications and kept us informed of the progress of the works. Very happy customer!"
