Residential Painting
-
The timeframe depends on the size of your property, the condition of the surfaces and the preparation required. Exterior work also depends on the weather. We’ll provide an estimated schedule with your quote and keep you informed throughout the project.
-
Thorough preparation is essential for a lasting finish. Depending on the surface, this may include cleaning, removing loose or flaking paint, sanding, filling minor imperfections and priming. If we find repairs that need additional attention, we’ll discuss these with you before proceeding.
-
We use premium-quality paints available in New Zealand, selecting the right products for your surfaces and the conditions they’ll face. For interiors, we consider appearance, washability and everyday wear. For exteriors, we choose coatings suited to Auckland’s climate to help protect your property and keep it looking its best.
-
Auckland’s warmer months generally offer more opportunities for exterior painting, thanks to longer days and more settled weather. However, suitable conditions matter more than the season alone. We plan around rain, humidity and temperature, allowing surfaces to dry properly before painting.
